Patty & Zach's Engagement Session | UCLA Campus | Westwood Village | Santa Monica

It was a family affair for Patty & Zach's engagement session. I have known Patty since pre school, but that is only one of the reasons that I'm super excited to shoot her and Zach's Wedding in May. We started out our photo shoot at the UCLA campus. Patty was not only born there, but she also attended UCLA for college. GO BRUINS! After some family shots with their beautiful and camera savy daughter, Ariel, we got down to business and the good times got rollin! Patti & Zach also wanted to include their adorable dog into the mix, so we headed west to Santa Monica where we continued shooting. Patty and Zach are such a sweet couple and their love for one another combined with their love for their baby girl Ariel was a blessing to witness. : )

Wendy & Erasmo's Wedding | Ramsey's at the Club | Toluca Lake

When I woke up on the morning of Wendy & Erasmo's Wedding Day it was pouring rain out. I continued to prep for the day ahead, organized my cameras, got everything situated, etc., as I hoped for a miracle with a mini prayer for the sun to shine through because I knew how important it was to Wendy to have a clear and dry Wedding day. As I drove over the hill on the 405 from the Westside to the San Fernando Valley, it was a beautiful sight... the sun broke through the clouds and the rain had stopped! It was a smooth day/evening from there. Wendy & Erasmo are a great match and it was a joy to be their Wedding Photographer. They both have such positive attitudes and great senses of humor. You definitely know what I'm talking about if you know Erasmo - a non-stop joker. : ) And Wendy has such a calming influence on everyone around her and is so sweet. It was a beautiful wedding ceremony and an extremely entertaining reception, El Mariachi Perla played for hours and the guests danced all night! I enjoyed getting to know the both of them and know we will be long time friends. They're great people and I just love them both! A big shout out to Andrea & Mauricio for the recommendation! Thanks guys, now let's all plan that triple date we were talking about - Solana & I are always down for good times!!
