Amanda and Franklin | Engagement Session | Venice and Pacific Palisades

We had the opportunity to meet Amanda and Franklin through one of our prior couples Andrea and Mauricio. Thanks for the referral lovelies! Andrea and Mauricio will be in their Bridal party for their October Wedding, so we get to photograph the entire crew...we can't wait. Amanda and Franklin were pretty flexible about where they wanted to shoot their engagement session. Since Franklin proposed to Amanda at the Beach (in Malibu), they did mention they wanted to end their photo shoot there. The funny thing is, they both hate the beach. When they told us their story, we were laughing so hard, because Franklin specifically chose to propose to Amanda at the beach because he knew she would have no idea what was coming. Their love story is a beautiful one and they are an amazingly sweet and photogenic couple. Hey Amanda....do you still hate the beach?!? LOL. Solana will be photographing their Wedding in Calabasas in October. Although I did capture a lot of good stuff at their e-session, I gotta give Solana props for most of the images you see here. We had a great time together and it was an honor to witness their everlasting love!

Ryann and Michael | Engagement Session | Venice Beach and The Griffith Observatory

We had the delight of meeting Ryann through our clients Jenny and Gary. Jenny and Gary are getting married in September in Pasadena and we can't wait to capture their special day. Stay tuned for their pics ; ) We photographed Ryann and Michael's engagement session in Venice Beach and at The Griffith Observatory. Gorgeous settings for a gorgeous couple!! Ryann is a "ray of sunshine" - she is kind hearted, beautiful, dedicated and so much fun to be around! Her better half, Michael, is equally awesome. Michael is funny, charming and lovable. Michael lives in Virginia and that is where their Wedding will be taking place sometime in 2012.  Woohoo!! Miguel and I truly enjoyed observing the love and care that they share for one another. They are such a sweet match. The very cool thing is -- that they met at Guess, that's why we threw in the awesome pic of their matching Guess watches. Ryann thought she was selling Michael a watch that day, but Michael had set his sights on Ryann and pursued her and the rest is history. So the Guess watch is the link that brought them together : ) Too cute!!  Ry and Michael we hope you love the pics as much as we do...xoxo
