Lily and Chris | Long Beach Engagement Session | Japanese Gardens & The Lighthouse

When we had our initial meeting with Lily and Chris at Urth Cafe many months ago, Miguel and I left the meeting saying to each other, "They are a super sweet couple!" And today, we couldn't agree more. We had a jolly old time shooting their engagement session in Long Beach. We began at The Japanese Gardens - it was the perfect setting to start the shoot off right!  Beautiful, colorful and romantic.  Then we went to Bluff Park where Chris surprised Lily with a picnic lunch and wine.  Good move Chris!! : ) We then headed down to the beach and got our feet in the sand (and the water)!   I am so glad that our photos were able to capture the playfulness, fun and romance that followed.  We ended at The Lighthouse, where the clouds and the sky were both masterpieces for our cameras.  In fact, we all had such a great time, that after the engagement session photo shoot, the 4 of us went out to dinner afterwards.  Good times!  Lily and Chris ~ we are thrilled to call you both our friends and we are so looking forward to photographing your Wedding in Pasadena next month!  xoxo  

Mayra and Bobby | El Segundo Wedding | The Hacienda Hotel | El Segundo Weddings

Mayra and Bobby's Wedding was a wonderful event. Surrounded by their family and friends, you could feel and touch the love in the air. Both their ceremony and their reception took place at The Hacienda Hotel in El Segundo and the weather was gorgeous. They had an outdoor ceremony and then the reception moved inside. That's when the dancing began and never ended... ; ) As everybody knows, Bobby LOVES to dance! And...since it was his Wedding day, there was no better day of the year to DANCE the night away, while celebrating the most special day of their lives : ) Congratulations Mayra and Bobby, you make a beautiful couple! Now, let's get the party started!
