I had so much fun with Claudia and Chris, shooting their engagement session. No, really, so much fun!! We started the session at UCLA - beautiful campus, beautiful back drops. Claudia and Chris went to UCLA together and share many fond memories of their time together there. They are big time, die hard, UCLA Bruin fans, so we had to throw in some props and jersey's and represent!! We also didn't want the Bruin Bear to feel left out, so we gave him lots of camera time as well : ) Chris was such a trooper the entire engagement session, because he was the "Prop Boy" and he was pulling along their caddy, with all their wardrobe, shoes, props, etc. - it was brilliant. Claudia and Chris are such a super sweet couple. I really like them both individually, as well as a couple. They are both genuine, sweet souls and I enjoyed watching their loving selves come out. They've known each other for 4 years now, but when you meet them, it feels like longer. They love to run together. In fact they are running their first full marathon (26 miles) together in March. They have already run several 1/2 marathon's together and they've been training for the 'big' one. I always say..."A couple who works out together, stays together!!" I'm so excited for you guys, I know you're both going to do great. We ended the photo shoot in charming Downtown Culver City and that's where the romance was undeniable. They had their very first date at The Pacific Theaters in Culver City, so we went back to visit and snatch a few photos. I love the Culver City Hotel and its architecture, so I of course, had to photograph them in front of the hotel as well : ) Miguel and I can't wait to capture your Wedding in May!
